The ideal candidate would have the following preferred qualifications:

Education:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree focusing on Business Administration or similar field
• Proven work experience equivalent to the knowledge gained with a college degree

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Previous experience in the steel industry
• Experience building needs-based quotes, bids and sales orders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent persuasive techniques and ability to direct a conversation
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary office work using computer and phones for majority of work day
• Ability to travel to meet clients and prospects
• Ability to navigate warehouse environment when necessary

Salary Range:

$40,000 Guarantee + Uncapped Monthly Commissions

Aladdin Steel, LLC is excited to share we are expanding our Operations Department! We are seeking qualified applicants to fill the role of Plant Laborer.

 Essential Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation daily to and from work.

Essential Job Functions:

• Pick materials from its stored location.
• Break bundles down and stack material.
• Banding or boxing orders to customer specifications.
• Counting and measuring materials.
• Enter order information into the computer.
• Load and unload orders for customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate would have the following preferred qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to read and understand a Tape Measure, Micrometer, Calipers
• Knowledge of how to operate powered industrial trucks safely
• Knowledge of saw operation and processing machines
• Warehouse Experience (preferred)
• Experience operating powered industrial truck (preferred)
• Experience loading and unloading commercial trucks (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow directions from foreman

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting 50+ pounds
• Standing on concrete floor 8 hours daily
• Lifting overhead and bending to ground level to obtain materials
• Working in seasonal weather
• Ability to use pneumatic and manual banding tools
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
